Our new HP Latex flatbed prints straight onto fully recyclable board. No vinyl, no backing paper. When your sign has done its job, send it back to us: it's reborn as saveBOARD, and later as a fence post.

saveBOARDSend the finished sign back to us and the material is recycled into saveBOARD, a building panel with a whole second working life.

A fence postWhen that board finally reaches the end of its life, it's recycled again, into Future Post fence posts that stand in paddocks for decades.
How it works

It's not a vague "we care about the planet" claim. It's a loop you can walk through. Your sign goes out, does its job, comes back, and keeps going.

Reborn as saveBOARD
Back at Sign Central, the returned board goes into the saveBOARD stream and is pressed into 100% recycled, zero-glue building panels.
LIFE 03
Reborn again as fence posts
When that panel is finally done, the material is recycled a second time into fence posts, rails and bollards, the kind that outlast timber.
The bit that makes it work: you send it back. When a sign's finished, return it to us and we take it from there. No sorting, no skip bin, no extra cost to you.
New in the workshop
The flatbed
Prints straight onto the board. No vinyl in between.
Our old way was roll-to-roll: print onto self-adhesive vinyl, laminate it, stick it to a board, throw the backing paper away. The flatbed skips all of that.
- Direct to board. The board loads flat and the ink goes straight on.
- HP Latex ink. Water-based and low-odour, so no solvent smell in your shop or office.
- No backing paper, no laminate. A single recyclable material, so the whole sign can come back.
- Same team, same care. Designed, printed and finished in-house in Hastings, like everything we make.
